ITIL Consultant * Trainer - Fluent French - Hertfordshire Salary: to £50k base salary dependent on experience
Job Description * Experience
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a knowledgeable background in Business Process Analysis, Operations Research and Information Technology. Having participated in large-scale business*systems analysis projects would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate would also have participated in a number of large-scale business*systems analysis projects as a senior team leader or project manager.
To provide expertise on Enterprise Architecture modelling and ITIL to our client?s customers and new business prospects.
Minimum 10 years? business consulting experience.
Mininum 5 years experience in ITIL arena and ITIL deployment. Ability to deliver ITIL concept at the highest level on both implementation and training.
Must possess ITIL Certificate and be a qualified ITIL practitioner
Must hold ? Management Certificate in IT Service Management? and a Graduate in Business Analysis on IT.
Experience in structured methods and techniques.
Currently holding a position as a Consultant and*or Trainer.
Driving Licence, own car, will need to stay away overnight; role requires travel throughout Europe

Duties Of Position
Bring to market client?s ITIL solution - create marketing collateral and marketing messages
Develop client?s ITIL value proposition and ROI, features and benefits
Create and deliver client?s ITIL Accelerator Awareness campaigns to customers and prospects
Deliver Pre and post sales support and consultancy - ITIL projects across Europe
Present ITIL solution at road shows, conferences and seminars
Create training materials, deliver training and gain client?s examination centre status for ITIL Foundation training - deliver staff and train the trainer programs ITIL
Develop, train and Mentor in-house ITIL Accelerator skills of sales, consulting and Services staff
Create ITIL Accelerator White Papers and Articles
Conditions of Position
Salary:£40 50k depending on experience
Bonus:Incentive
Annual Leave:20 Days
Hours:8.30 - 5.30
Other requirements:Fluent in Dutch or French essential
